Step 3: Import contacts
Importing a list from another email program or an existing contact list is quite easy. First, you need to create a list in MailBlue. You’ll then get a pop-up asking you to name the list, enter a URL for how the list will be used, and fill in how the contacts on your list came to be on it and why they receive the emails. Be sure to do this carefully, as otherwise, the platform may start seeing your emails as spam.
Once you’ve created the list, you can start importing contacts. This can be done easily by importing a CSV file. Often, when you export a list from another email program, it automatically creates a CSV file, which you can then load into MailBlue.
Of course, you can also manually enter contacts or use the copy/paste function. Additionally, there are various integrations with other programs to automatically add contacts to MailBlue.
